Section 01

Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed before 1:00 PM PST on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) are processed and dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

During peak periods, promotional events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended by 1–2 business days. We will notify you if your order is affected by a delay.

Domestic Shipping Rates

All domestic orders ship within the United States via USPS, UPS, or FedEx at Lite Labs’ discretion based on package size, weight, and destination.

Delivery estimates are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date the order was placed. Estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Lite Labs. Actual delivery times may vary based on destination, carrier volume, weather, and other factors outside our control.

Section 03

International Shipping

Lite Labs ships to select international destinations. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout.

Important: International customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any other charges assessed by their country’s customs authority. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are not collected by Lite Labs.

Please be aware that certain research compounds may be restricted or prohibited in some countries. It is your responsibility to verify that the products you are ordering are legal to import into your jurisdiction. Lite Labs is not liable for shipments that are seized, held, returned, or destroyed by customs authorities.

International orders that are returned to us by customs due to the recipient’s failure to pay duties or provide required documentation will not be refunded. Re-shipment may be arranged at the customer’s expense on a case-by-case basis.

Section 04

Packaging & Discretion

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no external branding, product names, or descriptions visible on the outside of the box. The return address will display the business name and address only.

Products are carefully packaged using appropriate protective materials to ensure they arrive in optimal condition. Temperature-sensitive products may be shipped with cold packs or insulated packaging when conditions require.

Tracking Your Order

Every order includes a tracking number sent via email once shipped. You can track your package by:

  • Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
  • Logging into your account at litelabs.net/my-account and viewing your order history.
  • Going directly to the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and entering your tracking number.

If your tracking information has not updated for more than 5 business days, please contact us at support@litelabs.net and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Section 06

Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Lite Labs is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipments caused by customer error.

For packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, we recommend checking with neighbors, your building’s mailroom, or contacting the carrier directly to open an investigation. Lite Labs is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by carrier tracking.

Section 07

Lost & Stolen Packages

Once a package is handed off to the shipping carrier, risk of loss transfers to the recipient. If your package is lost in transit (tracking shows no movement for an extended period), please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with the carrier to locate your package and, if confirmed lost, will offer a replacement shipment or refund at our discretion. Claims for lost packages must be made within 30 days of the original shipment date.

Lite Labs is not liable for packages stolen after confirmed delivery. We strongly recommend shipping to a secure address where someone is available to receive the package, or using a P.O. Box where available.

Section 08

Return Policy Overview

Due to the nature of research-grade materials and the strict handling requirements necessary to maintain product integrity and safety, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns on products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or are no longer in their original sealed condition.

We stand behind the quality of every product we ship. If there is a legitimate issue with your order, we will work with you to make it right.

Section 09

Eligible Return Situations

We will consider a return, replacement, or refund in the following situations only:

  • Damaged in transit: the product arrived visibly damaged, broken, or compromised due to shipping.
  • Defective product: the product does not meet the specifications listed on its Certificate of Analysis (COA).
  • Wrong item received: you received a product different from what was ordered.
  • Missing items: one or more items from your order were not included in the shipment.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or ordering the wrong product.
  • Products that have been opened and used.
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer after delivery.
  • International orders seized or returned by customs.
  • Products affected by shipping delays outside Lite Labs’ control.
Section 10

How to File a Claim

If you believe you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

Contact Us Within 7 Days
Email support@litelabs.net within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible.

Include Required Information
Your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item. Photos of the outer packaging are also helpful for shipping damage claims.

Wait for Our Review
Our team will review your claim within 2 business days and respond with a resolution. We may request additional information or photos if needed.

Resolution
If approved, we will issue a replacement shipment or a refund to your original payment method at our sole discretion. You will be notified of the outcome via email.
Section 11

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow the following timeframes for refunds to appear:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by a Lite Labs error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). Free shipping orders that receive a full refund will have the standard shipping cost deducted from the refund amount if the refund brings the order total below the $250 free shipping threshold.

Section 12

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at support@litelabs.net as quickly as possible. We process and ship orders rapidly, so early notification is essential.

  • Before shipment: if your order has not yet been dispatched, we can cancel it for a full refund.
  • After shipment: once an order has been handed to the carrier, it cannot be cancelled. The standard return policy (Sections 08–09) will apply.
Section 13

Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time. If you received an incorrect item and need a different product, we will process a refund or replacement for the incorrect item as outlined in Sections 09–11, and you may place a new order for the desired product.
